What do I wear? “For first time concert goers, it is sometimes difficult to know what to wear. We encourage our patrons to wear dress clothes, but not formal entire. There will be men in suits and coats, but also some in just a nice shirt and pants. Wear what is comfortable for you. We are just happy to have you a part of our audience!”
What time should we arrive? “The doors to the Hall will be opened one hour prior to the concert start time. Since reserved seats are only available to season ticket holders, many single-concert ticket holders arrive about 30 minutes prior to the concert start time.)
What are Pre-concert Discussions? “Pre-concert Discussions are a chance for patrons to hear from the Conductor and the guest artist about the music to be performed. Pre-concert Discussions are held 6:30-7:00pm prior to all concerts except the September and December concerts. They are held in the Conference Hall facility in a nearby classroom. There will be ushers to direct you to the location, or ask at the Will Call Desk.”
Are there reserved seats? Starting this year, we now offer reserved seating for season ticket hollders. Non-season ticket holders will be seated on a first come, first served basis. Available seats will be clearly marked in the concert hall.
May I return an unused ticket for a tax credit? Yes! Season ticket holders may turn in tickets
