Friends of the Symphony is a group of volunteers-diverse in age, gender, and occupation-who work in partnership with the Hendersonville Symphony Orchestra, as a “support group.” The Friends operate under the auspices of the HSO Board and within their bylaws. Organized in 2004, Friends of the Symphony membership is growing and is delighted to accept new members.

This organization supports the HSO in multiple ways: usher at concerts, assist with mailings and other clerical needs, distribute brochures and promotional materials, and help with HSO receptions and other social events.
